
The backbone of our Quality Assurance process is a ninety-point checklist that is used to benchmark each of our properties. These audits are performed 3 - 6 times per year on a random basis, and cover everything from curb appeal to office processes.
The Quality Assurance Report scores each building on a percentile basis and serves as another excellent management tool to drive continuous improvement.
HSC also has systems in place to ensure that the best practices developed in one region or one property are replicable across our entire portfolio. Our library of reference materials and manuals document everything from policies & procedures and safety to budget tracking and building status.
